Spray Foam Insulation
This is an insulation and air barrier material that seals walls, floors and ceiling cavities against air movement, including spaces around electrical outlets and light fixtures and where walls meet windows and doors. No matter where it's used, spray foam insulation has one of the highest R-values of any insulation type.
Solar rays provide on-demand energy during the daylight hours, which can be extremely effective when it comes to powering air conditioning units that need to be run throughout the whole day. Taking the DC (direct current) from the sun, a solar power system uses an inverter to convert this energy to AC (alternating current) power, which can be utilized within the home.
Mini Split System
A mini split heat pump is composed of two parts, one of which is located outside the home, while the other is inside. These two parts are connected by tubing filled with refrigerant. The indoor unit is wall-mounted and is easy to install and energy efficient. It requires minimal invasion to your wall to connect the refrigerant lines, drain tube, and wires.
A properly sized AC system will last longer and create a greater level of overall comfort in the home because it runs in variable-speed cycles. This does a better job of removing humidity from your indoor environment and spreading cool air throughout your home. It's also more energy efficient.
Geothermal systems use a ground source heat pump to transfer heat to and from the soil under your home, making it easier to get warm air in the winter and cold air in the summer. This innovative technology provides both a heating and cooling solution, allowing for greater energy independence and energy efficiency.
See how much you saved. Know your home is safe. Nest shows you how much energy you use every day in Energy History and every month in your Home Report. So you can see when you use more energy, like on weekends or Monday nights, and how to use less. The Nest Thermostat is just one part of your heating and cooling system. But it can keep an eye on the rest of it. You’ll get an alert on your phone if there’s something wrong.
Radon emanates from fractured bedrock and seeps into your home through cracks in the foundation. If you have a crawl space, encapsulating that area is essential for minimizing exposure to radon. Crawl space encapsulation involves installing a tightly sealed vapor barrier along the floor, walls, and ceiling to prevent moisture and air infiltration.
A Generac home backup generator will ensure that no matter how bad the storm gets, your home will always have power, keeping you and your family safe and comfortable.

Radon Mitigation Installation in Lexington, KY 40502
Geothermal Heat Pump Maintenance in Georgetown, KY 40324
“My Geothermal unit (1 Year/ 1/2 old) kept going into fault. The company that installed the system has since gone out of business. My wife and I had purchased the top of the line Climate Master system. When Jake first looked at the system, the first thing he said was your hot water tank has not been hooked up. He said your getting hot water but it is not coming from the Geothermal unit. I said, "how do you know?", he said it does not have a wire from the unit to the hot water tank. My hot water tank was running like a regular hot water tank not being heated from the Geothermal unit. Jake fixed the hot water tank the fault and also took the time to show me and my wife how it was supposed to work on my thermostat. That small fix will pay for the service call. P.S. The Climate Master factory rep (Not putting the rep down, he was a nice guy) had been at the house to look at the unit and did not find what Jake found within 5 seconds of being on the job!!!”
